Hola Lorena, gracias por la informacion sobre los tostones, esta muy buena y util adermas de reducir las calorias.
Tengo otra forma de reducir y es no fritando la primera vez, se coloca el platano en el horno microhondas habiendole cortado las puntas y luego se corta en trosos y se coloca al horno comun como tu lo haces, asi no se tiene que freir y se reduce la cantidad de grasa totalmente
